Career
A detailed look at my professional journey, the roles I've held, and the high-impact projects I've led across enterprise data and analytics.
Work History
Leading enterprise data and analytics strategy for a global insurance software company. Own the full BI architecture from platform selection and data modeling through deployment, governance, and end-user enablement.
Drove BI modernization across a project-based ERP software company, shifting the organization from static reports to a self-service Power BI ecosystem used by 350+ internal stakeholders.
Delivered custom BI solutions and strategic advisory to enterprise clients worldwide, including onsite engagements for proof-of-concept deployments and full production rollouts.
Provided procurement analytics and reporting support to 15+ Army and federal contracting teams, while leading a high-visibility CRM platform migration.
Supported a nationwide cash management system rollout for a major retail client, delivering onsite training and custom project tracking tooling.
Opened and operated a retail location from the ground up — hiring, training, and managing the full sales team while outperforming established locations in year one.
Led a 20-person sales team in a high-volume consumer electronics environment, finishing in the top 10% of stores district-wide and placing second in a multi-state sales competition.
Initiatives
Significant initiatives I've owned end-to-end, with measurable results.
Designed and delivered a centralized EDW on Microsoft Fabric, unifying data from Salesforce, NetSuite, ServiceNow, Workday, and custom product platforms. Implemented a medallion architecture (bronze/silver/gold) with clear ownership and refresh SLAs per domain.
Led the full decommission of a legacy BI platform and migration to Microsoft Fabric. Mapped all existing assets, rebuilt critical reports in the new platform, and ran a parallel-run validation period before cutover. Achieved sign-off from all five department heads.
Built a first-of-its-kind deployment pipeline for Power BI and Fabric assets at Majesco using Azure DevOps. Introduced branching strategy, automated testing hooks, workspace promotion (Dev → Test → Prod), and rollback procedures for BI reports.
Replaced a fragmented reporting environment (Excel, SSRS, ad-hoc SQL) with a governed Power BI ecosystem. Delivered a certification program for self-service report authors, a report catalog, and an internal training curriculum reaching 350+ users.
Owned the end-to-end design of a certified semantic layer in Power BI, eliminating conflicting metric definitions across Finance, Sales, and Operations. Produced a publicly searchable KPI dictionary adopted as the company analytics standard.
